Hi. I have a little piece of the black market from my last cycle in my home country. I was on Tamoxifen (the same drug I had for a year and a half) for 20 years and I have had no side effects from it. I take 20mg of Nolvadex and I have been on it for two months. I was on it for 20 years, then had a stroke and then a mylanta. I was on for 20 years.
My doctor told me that my stroke was caused by the high dosage of Nolvadex. I have taken the low dosage of Nolvadex for a month and it was not helping. I have started to feel better and I am having some side effects. The most interesting thing is my blood pressure is very high and my cholesterol is also high. I am currently on low dosage for 5 days of Nolvadex.
My wife has been taking an extra 20mg of Nolvadex a day for years, I was on it for a month and it has never helped. I have had side effects from it, but they are not so great that they are stopping my body from taking it. I am now feeling the best.
Is there anything else I can do? I have taken Tamoxifen for two years. It has helped with my weight. My wife has had it for a year and she is not a smoker and she would not smoke. I also have had it for 2 months and it has helped. I feel much better now.
Please help!

Nolvadex, generically known as Tamoxifen, is a medication that has been in clinical use for decades. It is primarily used to treat breast cancer, but its primary function is to prevent estrogen-related side effects from developing. It is a class of medications called estrogen receptor modulators (SERMs). These medications work by blocking the effects of estrogen on the hypothalamus and pituitary gland, which ultimately leads to the production of gonadotropins, such as Follistim and Estrode. This can lead to increased estrogen levels, which can help prevent the growth of hormone receptor-positive breast cancer cells.
Nolvadex has been approved by the FDA for the treatment of breast cancer in postmenopausal women. It is also approved to treat secondary breast cancer in postmenopausal women. However, its primary use is in managing breast cancer in premenopausal women. In postmenopausal women, the medication can be used to prevent or treat breast cancer in women who have undergone menopause. It can also be prescribed off-label to manage estrogen-sensitive breast cancer in postmenopausal women.
Tamoxifen, known generically as Nolvadex, is primarily used to treat breast cancer in postmenopausal women. It works by blocking the effects of estrogen on the hypothalamus and pituitary gland, which is responsible for regulating gonadotropin production. This leads to the production of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), and sex hormone-binding globulin (SHBG). These hormones are involved in the regulation of testosterone levels, which is essential for the growth and development of your body. Tamoxifen is also used off-label for breast cancer in premenopausal women, with the drug being prescribed off-label for managing estrogen-sensitive breast cancer in postmenopausal women.
Tamoxifen binds to the estrogen receptor in the hypothalamus, which then stimulates the release of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH), which stimulates the production of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH), which are important in the regulation of testosterone levels. This leads to the production of luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), which are crucial for the development and maturation of your body's follicles. Tamoxifen is also effective in the treatment of ovarian cancer, as well as breast cancer. It can be used off-label as part of the. Tamoxifen has also been found to reduce the risk of breast cancer and reduce the risk of endometrial cancer, although these risks may be higher in women who have already undergone menopause due to hormonal changes.
It can also be used off-label to manage estrogen-sensitive breast cancer in premenopausal women.
Tamoxifen is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) that binds to the estrogen receptor in breast tissue.
